Cant log in

I followed the steps that were described in the installation here in support. I downloaded then installed the patch from Tribes Next. When I start the game it takes me to a licensing agreement. Then after that the retrieve account scroll down is darkened and it wont let me get past the first step in the create account steps is there something im doing wrong?
