my super admin list and admin list will not work and how do i use the cmd window that opens with ispawn?

Both super admin/admin lists should work if you haven't modified any files from the original's (and have not modified any files from other mods). 

iSpawn is a nice tool that automatically restarts your server when you 'reset' it.  When iSpawn starts, it will start the server up (which in turn opens a "command window" - basically the console from ingame)  Any commands your want to execute on the server must be done in the server console, not your ingame console.
