I have,
single core 1.33ghz
1gb ram
15gb hard-drive space
windows vista
128mb graphics card

I turn loads of settings down and the game doesn't look that nice as a result, but it still lags a bit.
Also it's not my internet or the server because I get under 100 ping and on my other PC it doesn't lag.
Howl in submission.

First off, 1g ram is really not enough to run vista well.
