ok so here long story
i had the game since it came out and i am still using the original install of the game (always just copy pasted the (Dynamix) dir to the new sysyem and its worked wonderful for years
but i just wanted to do a clean install
i used the files from this site to do that. but now on the 3d sound provider i only ran hear the voice binds if i run it in 2 speaker mode. and my only option is ("miles fast 2d positional audio")
but im running a creative labs sound card how do i get my surround sound back?
