Hey i had to reinstall T2 and im having trouble getting my old name back. It says its not stored locally would i like to retrieve it, i click yes, and it says cannot find credentials. I try making a new account with the same name and it says its been taken.

Any ideas?

You need to have both the name and password correct to retrieve it.

If you have forgotten the password then you are out of luck as it is impossible to retrieve it.

Just create an account with a different name if that is the case.
