  • This will clean all your dso files. Stick it in any folder you like and it will auto clean that folder and anything below it. I usually put it in the C:/Program Files/Dynamix/Tribes 2 folder. @echo offecho Cleaning up all Tribes 2 *.DSO temporary files...del /s /q /f *.dsoecho Done.pause

  • Also fixed the sort by letter bug. It was treating uppercase and lowercase letters differently. So "Base" and "base" servers were not sorted correctly. All works now.

  • You can always add a link to the MaxOGC server list if you like ;) That's what I made it for. You've got a nice site here. It's simple, yet very effective.

  • Thanks notman. I updated the page. Only visible change is the server count. I got the backend working, actually it's double backed. It has a database backend and txt file for backups. I have them running on a cron job and updating every 6 hours. This way the info is kinda current if the TribesNext master server is down.…

  • No the cursor icons, mouse type. Appreciate the thought though :) **EDIT I've been looking for XP theme packs with the cursor icons and can't find anything. I know they are in one of the vl2 files somewhere, but haven't located them yet.

  • I don't know which AMD cpu you have, but you can start here... http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182,00.html Make sure and grab only 2 files, the AMD Dual-Core Optimizer and AMD Processor Driver.

  • I had a problem similiar to this. I thought it was lag but it tured out to be an AMD issue with my dual core system. I had to install the optimization drivers and dual core drivers from AMD's website. Also what seemed to help was reinstalling the game and choosing to install directX 8.x I choose not to install it…

  • Why rename the vl2 files when you can just have your zip/rar program open them by default, I use winrar. I double click on the vl2 file and it auto opens with winrar. I can then edit the file directly inside the vl2 file and save it on the fly. Just a suggestion ;)

  • Here is a down and dirty version with the MaxOGC template for now. http://www.maxogc.net/tribes/t2/max_t2_master.php It takes about 20 - 30 seconds for it to query all the servers and load the page. I'll work on mimicking the in game browser later this week when I have time and cut down on the load times of the page. 8)…

  • My first post here :) I beg to differ with the amount of T1 players... http://www.maxogc.net/tribes/master/ 172 players on 93 servers. I plan on doing the same thing for a T2 like master page. **EDIT The page is auto updated every 6 hours.
