Little Skin Help

Its been so long since I tried to get any skins to work in this game, not to mention that before Nov or last year I hadnt plated this game for 2 or 3 years. What file do I need to get all the skins (e.g. weapon skins, armor skins, etc.) and where do I put it? All I can remember is it took me days to figure it out with all the different skin types and all the different places to "correctly" put the file.

If anyone has a link to a site where you can get all that, I would appreciate it.

Also, Ive seen the thread about the skins and downloaded what I thought was the PNG script to enable the skins,.....but, guess what, it didnt work.

    There is a stickied thread with links to all major T2 sites. You can find skins on those sites.

    For most skins in .vl2 format, you just drop them in Tribes2/GameData/Base

    If you search, you'll be able to find instructions for non-.vl2 files & such.
