Authentication Server acc. prob

I go to create my account but then it says the Authentication Server understands, but will not fulfill it, we got 3 people in the house that would like to play.

    Only one account can be generated per IP, per week. Sorry.

    ok, once we have waitied 3 weeks to set up 3 accounts, will we be able to play online at same time using the same ip?
