    are you running your website off your home computer or off another website that gives you your own 'website' like freewebs.com?

    Not enough info. Give us the following information (and be careful not to reveal email addresses, user accounts (username/password).

    What kind of website hosting do you have? (e.g. free, shared, semi-dedicated?)
    Do you know how to use FTP?
    Do you know anything about programming?
    Have you ever worked with PHP?
    Have you ever worked with MySQL?
