Graphics Problem

I just reinstalled after having a hard drive fail on me.

The issue I have now is that the menu boxes (in graphics settings) go blank after I join a game, inventory stations are invisible, bases are not lighting properly, enemy players are invisible.

I have never had such a problem before. Anyone have any ideas as how I could fix it?
