Brother wants to create an account

After finding this blessing to bring back T2, I registered for an account. Once I realized it's the real deal, I sent the program to my brother. However, I noticed he cannot register an account because I did within the past 7 days. Can I ask someone to make an exception?

    Make an account from a different connection, or wait the 7 days.
