When creating a new accout, can wiggle the mouse in the box, sometimes white dots appear randomly in the box. Click on generate and within a few seconds can go to next step. Fill out required feels. Then as soon as i click create account,

Currently have set affinity to one processor and latest drivers, set graphics to D3D. Currently no change to the above situation. Running an AMD 4400+ Dual Core, Geforce 9600GT. Any help?
