Account problems

Hi.

I get this problem. I creat an accoutn and i try to log in but this message shows up "The account isn't stored localy. Would you like to retrive it from the server" i click yes and it says "downloading account credentials" and i wait a while when this pops up "Credential download failed. Please check username/password" but iv input them correctly so please some help tyty:)
