T2 can ue for many reasons, and it will ue wether tribesnext is installed or not, but my ues seem to almost always involve tanks. Also, don't minimise or alt tab out of the game, as I have found this to trigger ues many times.

The results you see from increasing settings rather than reducing them is likely due to caching done by the game. If settings aren't set to max, the game withholds data, caching data, untill called for by movement in the game. I heard happy wrote a keylogger into hm2, and like sub7 it transmits your critical data to a master server when the game is running, sending your pw and banking data. No, actualy, if you wrote the atf admin mod you know exactly what hm2 is, so stop playing like you're innocent.

Uninstall, delete the dynamix folder unless it has Tribes or other Dynamix games in it, run a regisrty cleaner if you have one, and reinstall. Start the game and set the video up to your liking, then go and add your hax one by one untill you get your ue.

I am positive that if the ue isn't caused by a poorly selected game setting, it is caused by vid card drivers.

I think the comp guys should have their space in the game, cuz when they're not in a match they can be pubbing and adding to the fun. I have no real grudge against comp folks, I just like to tease. They usualy set themselves up as easy targets.

You might also do well to enable triple buffering. Vsynch usualy renders better performance if triple buffer is enabled, but sometimes if you have a huge resolution, triple can take up all your video ram. Go into all your t2 folders and delete any dso files you see. Start the game and see if that helps. T2 will recompile dso files when you start it, but the game will use present dsos to run from, making changes kinda hard to do if the dso the game loads was made before you made any changes in game settings.
