Comments

  • After searching deeper through threads I thought I should add that neither being an Administrator or terminating processes via task manager have fixed my problem
  • Try rebooting and reinstalling, as that should unlock the rubyintersect.dll file, allowing the installer to write to it.
  • When I have trouble with locked files, I always try to rename them to see if it allows me to delete them. It sounds pretty stupid, but it's worked in the past for me.
