Creating Skins

How would I be able to make my own skin? Are there programs that do that?

Here's a basic skin for people who are starting from scratch and not going off a already created armor.

If you want the skin to be reflective I believe you need an Alpha layer. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this because I don't skin, but I read about them :) )

EDIT: This website has a photoshop tut for people who want reflectiveness and other stuff on their armor (like scratches): http://www.interocitor-media.com/tribes/index.htm

File planet is the most stupidest gaming website, you have to be a member to download and to be a member you have to pay money when other sites have the same files and fast downloading speed.

I actually registered there free three times and still have valid accounts. You can register, but you just have to use the pub servers for downloading.

Here's the file from FilePlanet for the people who don't want to register just to get one file (but they do have quite a bit of files for T2, but not a ton)
