How can I add a clan tag on my name?

I saw that many player uses clan tag in goon haven.
I tried to search for it, and I found nothing.
is there anyone who know how to add it?
I really want to add it.

Clan tags are not readily available at current.
Those users in Goon Haven with clan tags participated in the Tribes 2 Anniversary Tournament and were given a tag for the occasion.
