Happens on occasion. Try refreshing a couple times, that usually solves the problem for me. If the server is experiencing a large amount of lag, it might not show on the list. It also crashes at times for a minute or two.

It's actually surprisingly stable and iSpawn.exe hasn't reported many crashes... if any at all. It may be me trying to make a quick change to a config file and I have no choice but to bring it down with players on there
