As a general rule, I wouldn't advise distributing a full installation of the game for a mod. Granted, as an option it can be convenient for a total conversion, but people looking for mods or joining servers typically already have the game installed with their own configurations, and where they just need the client files, a smaller download is simply more attractive than separating what's needed from what they already have.
When binaries are included, it's always a good idea to be able to verify that what's being distributed hasn't been modified, and... it's not something you're going to be in trouble over, but for legal reasons we can't license the patch for distribution without going through the installer, accepting the terms, and applying the patch yourself.
Be aware you should consider the account included in this pack compromised: someone who has a copy of your private.store file can gain access to private keys it contains by brute forcing the password locally. This doesn't mean you have to stop using this account, the worst that can happen is someone else pretends to be that user, but I personally wouldn't leave it on any admin lists.
