Is there a way to make the rec files that the recordings are currently in to a format that i could upload to youtube, or should i stick with fraps.

    I believe PJ's pack has a feature that records a demo into numerous screenshots that would manually be strung together into a video. I haven't tried this myself yet, and I imagine for a long game you're going to end up with a lot of screenshots.

    Download fraps, use it during the demo.
