Crash when registering

I got to the point of choosing a username and pass. Then Right after i hit finish I get the following error message. any ideas?

How long did key generation take?

it only took a few seconds. However, i did have to do and End Task on the rubyintersect.dll after the step where you move your mouse in the box. any ideas?

Just one. Do not end the ruby intersect task. You won't be able to generate a key without it.

Terminating the intersect process often corrupts the state of the game if a computation is in process. That corrupted game state leads to a UE very frequently.
