Soo I got problems lol plz helpme

Soo I used to play T2 like mad Loved duals and construction and all the mods So i just found it and downloaded the game and the rc2 patch But when I try to connect online The server port that launches Updates Cant connect to control servers-- I believe they are tribes2.west.won.net:15104 And east and central ETC. What do I need to do to get these updates and Show the server lists so I can join a friggin game I needa get playing with u Guys.. Anything will help thank u
