I just started working on an expansion for Ironsphere RPG Mod. If everything goes as planned, it will have main & side quests, more characters through the world, a command to show you how to play. So basically, I will not re-do everything that's been done, I'll just add some quests to make it more interesting and to give you a reason to continue playing. I'll be hosting this when it's done.

Pretty damn impressive. I haven't tested it yet but I'm glad you made a very easy method to add so many bots. I'm gonna try that on a big map with lots of bot objectives.

Well, you don't have to do it, but it would be a nice thing for people who cannot create accounts. Two more accounts like that would be fine. Just be sure to edit your original thread and add them there when you do make them. I am sure people appreciate that you posted those.

Maybe you should make another shared account like this, it looks like someone already used the first account so maybe there are more people that want to play. You can even name it something like SharedAccount1, SharedAccount2.

I will add bot support to the most played maps on Snap Crackle Pub/Goon haven using modified Lagg's V5 scripts. The bots are way tougher and fun, and are modified to play classic. I'll make a thread and upload it when I'm done.

Lately I've been having this issue with a dedicated server completely messing with the bots. When you run them in a dedicated server they act like they're on crack, they completely ignore some objectives and fly like airheads. I would had said that this is a scripting issue but everything works just fine in a listen server.

Now what on earth makes bots completely ignore objectives in a dedicated server vs a listen one? Tried with and without affinity, tried starting with a specified core and tried manually setting a core for T2 to run from the task manager. I'm out of ideas so I need some help, is running a dedicated server modifying anything with how the bots work? Is it modifying the game speed, what is it?

Problem fixed, if anyone wants to know what it was, well... Affinity.exe does not work well with bots and servers, so just don't use affinity when hosting a dedicated or listen bot server. At least, this was my problem.

I wonder what code deals with limiting the velocity of the player to the velocity of the shrike when you disembark in classic, because the speed of the player after he jumps out of the vehicle in my Classic version seems to be too fast compared to some servers like say Snap Crackle Pub or Goon Haven.

Anyone have any idea? I looked a bit but haven't found it yet, figured I'd ask here before I waste more time.

Never mind, I found it in player.cs in the function Armor::doDismount.

BDC, since you aren't answering to emails I guess I'll just post here to get your attention for a bit. The BIOMod server has some issues, it keeps disconnecting people with the message "connection to the server has been lost," or something like that. Silent Eagle and I had fun for a couple of matches until it kept disconnecting us. Could you fix that please? And also set the time limit to something like 20 or 25 minutes so a siege map doesn't last two hours.

The interview was an awesome read, and it's very cool to see that we still have one of the original t2 developers still responding to tribes 2 related stuff. I hope they come back to play their own game once in a while.

Woah, that's a looot of stuff.  I suppose a lot of time went into making that pack. Would you mind creating a .txt of everything that's in there, or maybe the most important stuff? I need to see what's in it before I get it, since it's a huge download.
